VS2013 unable to launch app - get error on .pdb file

Hi.

I am coding an application for Windows Phone in Visual Studio 2013.
As I make any progress, I like to check out how it works on emulator and so far there were no problems.

Last time I tried, I got an error.

I am using Windows 8 and my laptop procesor supports SLAT.

I dunno where could be problems.
Although I have one assumption, that one game from Steam (The Mighty Quest for Epic Loot) may confront with Hyper-V, but I am not sure.
